During work meetings -and regardless of the number of assistants- participants sometimes need a psychological boost in order to ensure their attention and participation levels are at maximum. We facilitate this with two kinds of tools:
ICE-BREAKERS. Consisting of brief exercises lasting 5 to 10 minutes that are carried out during meeting breaks. Icebreakers are useful not only because they set a positive force, but also because they facilitate knowledge, cooperation, team building confidence, etc. among participants.
CORPORAL CONSCIOUSNESS. Thirty minutes of enjoyable open air fitness. A powerful combination of music, humour and sports to keep both body and mind fit. An ideal way to start long meetings.
