David Menoyo Vilalta
Graduate in Social & Organizational Psychology at the UAB (Universitat Autonoma, Barcelona) and at the UCSD (University of California, San Diego), Menoyo Vilalta developed his experience as Human Resources consultant in Hewlett-Packard, acting as Management Support for I+D and Marketing departments of the Large Format Printing section and is also in charge of team management training. He later took on the post of Managing Director in Dreams & Adventures. Today, he is professor of the MBA program of the Pompeu Fabra University (Idec) and of a Master’s degree in Human Resources at the UAB.

Marc Ribas Ros
Psychologist and MBA for the Pompeu Fabra University (Idec), Ribas Ros has been deputy director of his family run company acting as Human Resource Director, pedagogical coordinator and developing new training business. He has more than 10 years of working experience in organizing events both at a national and at an international level. He has worked with Dreams & Adventures, starting as Barcelona’s Project Manager and later as Director of the Madrid office, overseeing the design and implementation of outdoor corporative events and training programs. Today, Ribas Ros is member of the humanside group and responsible for experienceside.
